Unused and unopened dental products can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Medical-grade skincare products, apart from iS Clinical products, cannot be returned. Please refer to the Shipping & Returns Policy for more information.

What’s the difference between the AI skin analyser and video consultation services?

Our free AI skin analyser service provides you with a comprehensive skin report and product recommendations based on a photograph of your skin and your response to a questionnaire.

Our video consultation service involves a video call with one of our experienced doctors to discuss your skin type and concerns, and receive tailored advice as well as personalised product recommendations. This service is free. We simply charge a £25 refundable deposit. This is refunded even if you decide to cancel/reschedule or don't make a purchase with us.

Do I need to prepare anything for my video consultation?

Before your appointment, please check your internet connection and find a quiet and comfortable location where you can speak without distractions. To make the most of the consultation, please remove all makeup and prepare a list of questions for your doctor in advance so that they can properly address your skin concerns.

What's the difference between medical-grade skincare and mainstream skincare?

Medical-grade skincare is specifically formulated to target specific skin conditions and undergoes rigorous testing for efficacy. It contains a higher concentration of active ingredients and is usually only attainable through medical professionals.
