What’s the difference between the AI skin analyser and video consultation services?

Our free AI skin analyser service provides you with a comprehensive skin report and product recommendations based on a photograph of your skin and your response to a questionnaire.

Our video consultation service involves a video call with one of our experienced doctors to discuss your skin type and concerns, and receive tailored advice as well as personalised product recommendations. This service costs £100. However, if you decide to buy any of the recommended products, the £100 will be subtracted from the total cost of the products you buy.

Do I need to prepare anything for my video consultation?

Before your appointment, please check your internet connection and find a quiet and comfortable location where you can speak without distractions. To make the most of the consultation, please remove all makeup and prepare a list of questions for your doctor in advance so that they can properly address your skin concerns.

What's the difference between medical-grade skincare and mainstream skincare?

Medical-grade skincare is specifically formulated to target specific skin conditions and undergoes rigorous testing for efficacy. It contains a higher concentration of active ingredients and is usually only attainable through medical professionals.

On the other hand, mainstream skincare caters to more general skincare needs and focuses more on cosmetic benefits rather than medical indications.

While both have their place, medical-grade skincare offers a more targeted approach with proven results.
