ZO Clear Renewal is a 0.3% retinol treatment for oily, congested and blemish-prone skin. It helps clear current breakouts, prevent new ones and fade the red and brown marks they leave behind, while refining skin texture for a smoother, more balanced complexion.
It is powered by ZO-RDS™, ZO's new liposomal retinol delivery system, and replaces ZO's Retinol + Blemish Complex in the new 0.3% retinol collection.

- ZO-RDS™ encapsulated retinol (0.3%): retinol held inside tiny liposomes for controlled, targeted release, so it stays stable and works with less redness, dryness and flaking.
- Salicylic acid (1%): a BHA that gently exfoliates inside the pore to reduce congestion.
- Potassium azeloyl diglycinate and rosa canina fruit extract: help balance excess oil and refine the look of pores.
- Cetyl tranexamate mesylate: a next-generation tranexamic acid that targets post-blemish marks.
- Bakuchiol: a plant-based retinol partner that helps even skin tone.
- ZO-RRS²®: ZO's plant stem cell complex with antioxidant, calming benefits.
Who is it for?
Oily, combination and blemish-prone skin with breakouts, congestion, enlarged-looking pores or lingering post-blemish marks. Suitable for both new and experienced retinol users.
How to use
Apply one pump to clean, dry skin once a day for the first week, then morning and/or evening as your skin allows. Use it after cleansing, exfoliating and toning (ZO's Getting Skin Ready step) and avoid the eye area. In the morning, always finish with a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher.

What is ZO Clear Renewal used for?
Clear Renewal is a 0.3% retinol treatment for blemish-prone skin. It helps unclog pores, clear breakouts, reduce excess oil and fade post-blemish marks for a smoother, more even complexion.
Does Clear Renewal replace ZO Retinol + Blemish Complex?
Yes. Clear Renewal is the new version of ZO's blemish retinol, reformulated at 0.3% with the ZO-RDS™ delivery system and 1% salicylic acid.
Is 0.3% retinol weaker than ZO's old 0.5% and 1% retinols?
Not in practice. New UK and EU guidance limits how much retinol a cosmetic can contain, so ZO has reformulated its retinols at 0.3% and paired them with the new ZO-RDS™ liposome delivery system. Protecting the retinol and releasing it gradually means more of it reaches the skin, with fewer of the usual side effects.
Is it suitable if I'm new to retinol?
Yes. The 0.3% collection is designed for both first-time and experienced retinol users. Start with once a day for the first week, then build up as your skin allows. Some temporary dryness or flaking can happen as skin adjusts.
Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. Retinol is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Speak to us about a retinol-free alternative.
Can I use it with other acne treatments?
Speak to your doctor or practitioner first if you use benzoyl peroxide, other salicylic acid products, topical antibiotics or oral isotretinoin. Don't apply it to irritated skin or straight after peels or laser treatments.

This man has changed my life. Ever since I was young, I always hated my teeth. Dentists said that I would need surgery and braces for 2 years. As a teenager, the thought of wearing a brace never appealed to me. As the years went on and my teeth moved further, I decided to get it sorted. I went to various people to get quotes and was amazed at some prices given to me. However, Dr Raj treated a friend and was recommended. I decided to go and visit and get his opinion. The first thing I noticed was that Dr Raj was focused on the outcome. He was a perfectionist. Price came second. I decided to go for the invisalign, whitening and composite package and never looked back. If there were issues, he was there to sort. Dr Raj wasn't happy with one tooth moving millimeters, so decided to get more invisalign retainers made (free of charge unlike competitors). The whitening was easy and the bonding was a great experience as I witnessed a sculpture creating their masterpiece. I would recommend anyone who is contemplating sorting their teeth to see Dr Raj.
